Development of the Values Arrangement List for Organizations

The VALOR has a long and rich history spanning five decades of research and practice in or-ganizational development settings. 1960s the Rev. Dr. Edward S. Golden played an integral role pioneering and popularizing the use and research/development of other global recognized values assessments. Donald Johnson, Ph.D. was tasked with modifying the advanced scoring process needed to make the theories of organizational values and culture formulated by researchers and theorists such as Edgar Schein and Edgar T Hall. Building upon that base, John Patrick Golden, EdD. carried the vision forward.
