Dr. John Patrick Golden, President of Golden LLC.
Golden LLC's origin is traced to the pioneering work of Rev. Dr. Edward S. Golden, founder of the North East Career Center at Princeton Theological Seminary. In the 1960's Dr. Golden offered psychological assessments to inter-denominational clergy and church staff seeking career direction and life guidance. In 1971 he founded Organizational Renewal Associates, Inc. (ORA) to expand the benefits of career assessment and development to people in all organizations. In the 1990's, under the leadership of Ed's son, Dr. John Patrick Golden, ORA shifted its mission to include developing and researching its own proprietary line of assessments. In 2004, ORA restructured to focus exclusively on publishing assessments as Golden LLC.

Making it Better
- Better Assessments: - Having studied, researched and interpreted hundreds of different self-assessment tests to more than 100,000 individual clients over we learned what worked and what didn't. We applied that knowledge to the ever changing information and technology tools to make the best online assessments available.
- Better Platform: - Simple is better! Our online assessment platform is better because it's easy to use. We originally developed the platform when there were few online systems available. As the technology has changed we focused on making it continually better!
- Better Training: - Even the best assessments and the best platform don't mean a thing without the best training to support their use and application.
